Aegon Religare — delay in policy issuance and no response from customer care

I Enrolled for Aegon I term plan online with policy number[protected] after medical test there is no response when i emailed to anita.[protected]@aegonlife.com this email is only on auto answer mode there is no reply since 2 days

its better to cancel the policy at this point as there is no gurantee from their service that they will provide to our nominees this is completely unacceptable.

please guide how to get refund from this cheaters

Exactly I am facing t he same issue. Anita rao is the person handling mine as well. Stay away from Aegon in this competitive market
