Aegon Religare — delaying in providing claims over 60 days | |||||
Dear sir It has been 60 days over from claiming the claim, my 4 month baby get burnt and everyday TPA and Religare is saying within this week it will be claimed but now after 60days Religare is saying we don't have paper with us and TPA prudentbroker says we had forwarded the papers, previously TPA was saying it is under process and need only 21 days to settle it.because the amount is very big from me, I had taken various loan and paying EMI and finance charges too. I would request to please take necessary action and help in taking reimburment amount and all finance and EMI charges paid by me due to this delay. Was this information helpful? | |||||
