Aegon Religare — mis selling insurance policy | |
Respected sir/madam, With due respect, i (Anjul kumar jain) policy holder of aegon life insurance would like to state my grievance w. R. T my policy and its details are- Policy name - aegon religare assured returns insurance plan Policy no.[protected] Date of commencement - 23/03/2013 Date of maturity - 22/03/2020 I made a telecon to your customer care no. To file a claim to my policy and from there i came to know that i will get payment in every year from 2021 onwards for 7 years. I was totally unaware about it. Back in 2013, when i have opted for this policy your sales executive did not communicated it to me in any manner.in this way, i somehow feel cheated. Also, in these hard times and also because of my daughter's marriage, it is foremost important to me to receive this amount. Therefore, it is my utmost duty to file a complaint for misselling insurance policy. Also, i urge to pay lumpsum amount in 2021. Kindly, solve my complaint as soon as possible. Regards.
