I have booked my ticket from bangalore to hyderabad and i was denied to offer blanket and water bottle. When we asked about the same the staff mis behaved with me and also abused.

We are extremely disappointed with the staff behavior and need an apology form the staff.

Ernakukam-bangalore. The worst experience one could ever have. They did not pick me up at my borading point Trippinitura and asked me to come to vytilla. Then the bus was over 3 hours late. We were starving inside the bus as they wouldn't stop for lunch. After asking so many time by many passengers they stoped for lunch after 3pm. We reached bangalore at around 12am. They did not stop for dinner break and did not drop me at my droping point....

I booked a bus from salem avr circle to bangalore on 29/04/2017. The bus was supposed to reach avr circle, salem by 5.00pm. But it did not come and i called the number provided while booking and then they told the bus will come to salem only at 7.00pm.
