On may 1, 2017, i booked for coimbatore to ernakulam. At the boarding time of 2.45 pm i was told, the bus was cancelled Their kerala office informed the refund will be made automatically. To day i found no credit in my card account. Pls refund with interest. On the same day i lodged a complaint also through redbus. No response. If not i will proceed with legal course.
