I, pravin dinkar chavan, my account no. Is 1507-1-[protected]-4. I have taken consumer loan - mobile handset of rs.7000/- from sai mobile, bhekrainagar, hadapsar on 21.07.2015 by down payment of nil & repaid it by rs.1540/- of 5 installments. While c-bill report shows the out standing balance of rs.1540/- till date. I have all payment receipts.
My query is i have paid your full loan amount, then how you shows outstanding of rs.1540/- it my be last receipt you have not update. Please update the same & resolve the issue.
