[Resolved]  Aerofit — SERVICE RESPONSE VERY POOR

I had purchased an thread mill from the shop at vadapalani Rahat plaza 10 years ego. Now I need to replace the belt of the machine, for which I have almost tried several times with various service center at Chennai for which I had a lukewarm response. I have been doing this for the last 3 months.Finally One service man had come and measured the belt for replacement a month back, till then there is no response at all. However I have not lost hope as I have no other option since the machine other than this belt worn out issue it is perfect and keep on trying to get it replaced. Once again, if anyone can help me in sorting this issue, i would be grate full and also company like Aerofit has to workout an strategy on war footing to make customer satisfaction more realistic. It should not be only on selling the product, more on service need to be focussed to survive in the market. Satish Virugambakkam, [protected]
