Agarwal Eye Hospital — Breach of promise

Dear sir,


My dad undergone catract surgery in Agarwal hospital and got strain in his eyes and went to the hospital on 03/02/2014 and they have charged 150 Rs consultation fees and written one more free visit with in 05/03/2014. My dad doesn't feel comfortable with the eyes drops they have given so he went to the hospital on 03/03/2014 at Avadi Agarwal Eye Hospital. Hospital authorites asked my dad to pay 250 Rs as consultation charges and also told my dad that free visit would not considered as mentioned in the receipt. Earlier, they refused to provide "one more free visit service" because of 1 day behind the date of free service. My dad wasted his time and money by visiting agarwal eye hospital. My Question is : It is fine they have raised fees for consultation with effect from 01/03/2014 but they should keep their promise with the customers who have free visits until march 31st 2014.. If they are following strictly on papers what they have written in papers why should not provide free visit service to my Dad and has visited the clinic with in free visit period. It is showing that they are simply making money and not interested to do any kind of service to the man kind. they are simply spoiling brand name in the market.
