Dear team,
I have done the relocation of my households from Mehsana Gujarat to Hyderabad location through Agarwal movers and packers.
Relocation date :- 16/07/2022
Household reached at Destination :- 30/07/2022.
Complaint registered :- 31/07/2022.
This complaint is regarding the damage found in some of the household items and same was shown and evident in front of shipping representatives.
Below are the damage items and attached images for your reference and necessary action :-
1) Deevan bed one support leg observed missing.
2) Photo frame glass found crack.
3) 2 Kitchen plastic airtight boxes found damage.
4) Kids chair legs found bend, damage and unbalanced.
Issue was escalated to Agarwal movers and packers customer support through mail as guided by them, but they are not responding at all. Even i have kept Cc to their senior team, still didn’t get any respond from them.
As a immediate respond, I was expecting mail assurance from them and further necessary support, , but their respond is totally nothing.
