Hi Sir/Madam,
I have shifted my luggage from Bangalore to Mumbai on 19th Nov'21 and luggage was delivered on 22nd Nov'21 (GCC No: 477235). Below are my concerns :
1. Solid wood bed was damaged during installation.( Need it to be repaired by professional carpenter). We are unable to use it for last `1 week.
2. Mirror of dressing table is broken into multiple pieces (Need refund of Rs. 5000/-)
3. Carton Box no. 19 is missing and has been informed to agarwal packers but there is no response since last 1 week. (Need my carton box 19)
I have been following up with the team for multiple times but no resolution is given so far . Request your intervention plz. Iam attaching invoices, damage product pics etc for ready references. I also highlighted issues in writing through mail, call and in sign off invoice as per attached images. Kindly help.
