I have already send you two different quotation one for relacement of
Both bumpers, clutch set and another one for replacement of seat
Cover.
Acoording to the insurance people, they will pay the claim againgst
The replace of both the bumper only
But they will not pay the claim against the replacement of clutch set
& seat cover whose cost approx rs 14, 000 + rs 15, 000
Total rs 29.000/- which you have to (M/s agarwal packers & movers)
Pay as per your commitment through mail. Hence, please vend me
Commitment / assurance through mail that you will pay the rest money
Of rs 29, 000/- against the final bill then only i will advice the
Service center to replace the same.

Since last few days i am following up regarding claim as stated above.
But no positive action has been noticed from your end. Often you
People are not lifting my phone, even after 10 calls if you receive
The call then you are avoiding to answer by saying either you are
Travelling or on train or on leave. This type of dealings with a
Customer is not acceptable. Above all the car had been damaged by
Your people for which your company is soley responsible and can't
Deny this. Any how this is the 2nd time your company is doing this
Type of dealings,. Earlier also you people give us trouble to get the
Claim against the damage during the transportation of house hold
Goods from jamshedpur to bangalore.

Any how, this will be the last communication from my side on this
Claim issue. If i don't get any positive action with in 24 hours to
