I shifted household things through drs group and it was a very worst experience, they committed 2 days for delivery but they delivered after 4days and no proper communication, they charged additional 2300 rs for separate vehicle consignment but they transferred through sharing vehicle. And my daughter cycle and miscellaneous items like bathroom cleaner brushes, dust pan, kids ball, wipers etc. Are missing after informing also i dont get any update till when they will send my item.
There is no seriousness about customer value. Almost 15 days completed, logistic manager name krishna sharma.

Kindly provide my missing item.
