I have booked for household goods shifting and I have paid the full amount of 7500 in advance. I have called and emailed to cancel the shifting as my transfer is cancelled 2 days before shifting date on 26/07/2021. I was told the full refund will be provided within 7 days but its been 36 days and still the customer support is not responding to emails and when called customer service says the refund will be processed in next one hour for the last 25 days.
