It's been almost two months since I am suffering for my original bill for the package from Vijayawada to Varanasi in the name of shiwani
Earlier they told you will receive the bill soon after making full payment but I didn't receive any invoice in my mail and after three weeks they have delivered the product and then they told after receiving the package you will receive the bill and then also I didn't receive and after that I starting following up and started making calls to customer care and they were just delaying and after 10 days they provided the bill which was not as per my quotation so I asked the bill as per my quotation and then they provided the bill which was tallying in the context of amount but they didn't gave any information about car amount which was mentioned in my quotation and now when I am asking for the car bill or to mention the car amount in the total bill they are telling we can't do it.
If I have paid the total amount which includes household and car I didn't understand why I am not getting the bill as per quotation and in this entire procedure the company has already delayed me by more two months and still I am waiting for the correct bill so that I can calim and if there will be any further delay I won't be able to claim the amount and I would have to suffer a big loss just because of your mistake.
Kindly look in to this matter and resolve it at the earlies.
