I have booked apml for transferring my goods from pune to nashik on 15th july 17. Which reached nashik on 16th july. During packaging of bed one person pulled heavy bed without opening bolts and it caused broken bed and then he started arguing that it was already broken and none of his fault. Though supervisor wrote it on consignment note that it needs to be fixed at nashik but no one entertained that problem at nashik and told people will themselves contact us (Which never happened even after 3 days). During transit my sofa's leg is also broken and damaged, for which staff gave the same explanation, people will contact us. I have contacted mr kishan ram ([protected]), nashik in charge. He told that he will get back with details but now even after multiple calls he is not picking my call. Since 3 days at least i have called customer care or relevent person more than 30 times, still i don't have any resolution or any responsible person, who will handle these issues. Why such hefty charges are levied for insurance if apml can't take care of goods transportation? I expect a quick resolution for all these damages and expecting a response on this mail asap.
