Agna Global — without permission for taking my amount 296 rs

I'm srinivasan your bank take my account directly amount of 296 without any informations and messages then i'm contacting your customer care she said your account balance maintenance is not properly so they take money but i'm saying my account minimum of month transaction was 3 or 4 thousands but why you are take my money... So please resolve this problems and send my money back...

Note:
*my account is zero balance account so how do to you take any charges
