Myself kiran rane. I wants to go to vali with agrawal travels and i booked a ticket online from paytm but the seat i booked was totally open their is no privacy available no charging socket and the most irritating thing is that if the neighbouring passengers wants to go out from their compartment they were putting their feet on my seat or on my cloths. This is the condition i found in agrawal travel. And the bad thing is that the charge for that seat is same as that of comfortable other. Other seats has dedicated compartment and privacy available. Another issue is the light is available exactly on the top of my head that's y i have to travel sleeplessly. The staff in the bus doesn't co operate and uses abusive language. This is the issue i faced during the journey
