This is the worst ever service, i have used in my life. I had booked a taxi on 13th may, from hoshiarpur to dharmshala for travel date 31st may. My tickets were already booked from delhi for 20th may. Our train's leaving time was 9 pm on 20th may and arrival time was 5:20 am at hoshiarpur station. At 4:30 pm on 20th may, i got a message from ahataxi that the booking was cancelled due to non-availaibility of cab. I had called up customer care but they had no answer. We were 6 people with 4 kids and we had very troubling as we didnt have much time left to make alternate arrangements. We had to spent almost double the amount paid for ahataxi.
I would sugget never trust on these guys and it's better to go for little expensive taxi in the beginning not to face last time trouble.
