I booked ticket in mobile app. App crashed and ticket generated to wrong name. As per airasia customer care (Case number :[protected] they asked me to book new ticket (Ht387h.) please refund the amount for previous wrongly generated ticket (Vnd38m). Note : this case regarding mobile app crash and payment notification not displayed but amount got debited and got booked in wrong name.
