Have booked a flight with Air Asia from Singapore to Bali (direct flight) on the 26.08 at 17h10. I am arriving at Singapore Airport from Amsterdam at 15h00 same dat.
Flight was confirmed and then I received an email from Air Asia saying my flight was cancelled and they put me on a next day flight from Singapore via Kuala Lumpur. Tried with Ava - not working - going in lopping questions. Send 2 complains forms . no response.
My original flight was not cancelled at all, as Air Asia is still selling tickets for the same flight (but at a much higher price) I feel scammed.
I already have my hotel booked at Bali 26.08 and now I have to stay over night in Singapore and spend the full day traveling with a 5 hour stop at Kuala Lumpur. I am traveling with a chlid. No consideration for their customer - Worse customer service ever Was this information helpful? |
