Air Asia — bad service, impolite staff

The flight to dmk had more than 1 hour delay, so our calculated time of 2, 5h for getting the luggage and checking in again for the flight to cnx was too less. Me and my girlfriend arrived maybe 5 minutes too late at the checkin counter. The staff offered to us to pay more for the first flight at the next day - but we have to pay for luggage again and won't receive any refund. When i said that that's an inacceptable service, because the huge delay wasn't our fault, the staff told me i can complain about that at the supervisor. So we went into the direction she pointed to.

We found the airasia sales counter, and i told the staff at counter 1 what happened, and that i'm not satisfied to pay for their delay. She wanted my previous flight ticket and then she told me about the same offer. I told her that i can't accept that, and that i want to complain about that bad service. Then she interrupt me very rude and told me and with a loud voice that i should listen to her now. I stayed calm, but interrupted her too, and said her with a smile, that for sure i won't buy and flight ticket from a bull* airline again. She kept the flight ticket, and when i take a photo of her to be able to identify her for a later written formal complaint, she got loud again and wanted to deny me taking a photo. Then she called the airport security staff.

When the security staff arrived, me and my girlfriend were on the way to another airline sales counter already. The security staff talked to her, but didn't follow us. That's it.

So we had to take a hotel room for one night, lost time and money, but we won't support that bad service and respectless staff anymore and consider flying with other airlines in the future, even if we would have to pay the double price to avoid airasia.

We travelled from Bali to Bangalore with a transit of 5 hrs in bangkok.when we receive Baggage in bangalore, it has completely broken.Raised a complaint in Bangalore airport.

They offered us minimum compensation.This is not acceptable.i am ready to escalate to the higher officials
