Air Asia — complaint against fraud | |||||
Hii I have booked tickets for my honeymoon with booking code / pnr : wp4bhq & flight no. : xt 853 but that was cancelled due to volcano eruption. However later they offered me 2 options to avail 1. Move flight: change to a new travel date on the same route within 30 calendar days from original flight date without additional cost and subject to seat availability 2. Credit account: retain the value of fare in a credit account for future travel with airasia. The online credit account to be redeemed within 90 calendar days from the date of issue I took 2nd credit account option 40k credit was issued to me on 28th nov. So this amount was supposed to be availed till 28th nov as it has a 90 days period.. But when i logged into pc on 26th midnght it was showing date of expiry as 26th feb which is fraud initself. I am not able to use my 40k amount to book the flight. I would request forum to take a strict action against this fraud done and help me in getting my refund of 40 thousand back Please help Thanks & regards Jitesh kapoor Was this information helpful? | |||||
