Air Asia — flight cancellation intimation before 15 days of departure

I am booking flight on 6/11/2018 from hyderabad to bhubaneswar on 09/02/2019. But i got cancellation of flight i5-1564 on 19/01/2019 which is 20 days prior to departure. I talk with customer care regarding the cancellation but they replied to return the full amount but at same time the tickets are double the amount. If passenger will cancel then there is no refund but if fight is cancelled why they donot provide other option instead of returning the money. If they are going to cancel the flight then they have to intimate 30 days before but they only intimate 20 days before & also they have to return on the same day but they told to take 7- 15 days why?. What a bloody situation? I want alternate flight as before 20 day the flight cost is more else return me what ever the minimum flight cost for the day.

I am booked a ticket from Bhubaneswara to Hyderabad through Easymytrip app.My journey date was 29/1/2019.When I came and at boarding time they have charged some extra amount from me.Please let me clrarify me for what is the reason for charging more.

I have attached my ticket and scan copy of charged amount.
