Air Asia — flights cancelled by the airlines but no alternate itinerary provided

I have booked the ticket with air asia for the journey delhi-vishakhapatnam-delhi. But the said flight was cancelled by the airlines.in this regard, i have made number of emails with the airlines but the issue is still as it was. The complete records of email is attached with this complaint.

The representative conveyed me the email id nodal officer with the assurance that only nodal officer can resolve the issue and expressed his contracted limitations.in this regard, i have sent number of emails to nodal officer but as on date no email from their end has been received...

It is, therefore, requested that my travel plan may please be rescheduled.

As i have been requesting to you a number of times through emails. The trailing emails are witness for the same. But today itself i received an email citing false information.

Please be informed that your flight i5-752 from visakhapatnam (Vtz) to delhi (Del) on 20-dec-16 is cancelled.

We attempted to reach out to you through multiple sms and email notifications to inform you regarding the flight disruption. Since we have not received any response from your end, we will be processing the full refund for the affected flight in your booking. The refunded amount will be reversed to the original mode of payment within 5 - 7 working days.

as requested earlier, it is once again requested my itinerary may please be rescheduled.

However for the pnr#oh9h7a, a full refund is already processed on 28th november 2016 as per the request. Further to which there shall not be any changes to the booking pnr#oh9h7a as the refund has already been processed.

2.in this connection, it is to inform you that there is a request made by ps to secretary, civil aviation regarding reschedule of pnr. Then it was conveyed by you that there is a difference to be paid. Further, there is no refund is still made in my account, as stated by you. This is also for your kind information that once a request for reschedule was made, other two pnr were also requested for reschedulement at the same time. They are given rescheduled tickets... On the other side, i have never made any type of requests for refund as in the case of other two pnrs.

Please manage to arrange for my revised itinerary on the lines of other pnrs. For kind information, other pnrs are managed revised itinerary without any cost. It is very unfortunate that the information furnished by you that the revised itinerary may involve financial implications. Anyway, the refund process is not completed as i have, firstly, never requested for the same and, secondly, air asia has not any information of my bank details.

To my mind, it is all upto you to arrange the same.

Reference may please be made to my number of requests regarding issue of revised itinerary.

In this connection, as replied vide your last email that the full refund for an amount of inr 6, 080.00 has been already processed towards the booking no: oh9h7a is also based on false facts.

Please find attached herewith statement issued by the state bank of india right from december, 2016 by which it can very well be verified that no amount of rs.6080/- had been credited as stated by your company is totally wrong. I am very disturbed by all the statements like firstly i have never requested for refund despite rendering number of email requests.

It is, therefore, once again requested that fresh itinerary may please be made otherwise i have no option but to go for consumer court.

It is, time and again, intimated that i have never requested to cancel my ticket. On the one hand, it is requested to re-plan my itinerary since the itinerary is cancelled from your end, but on the other hand, it is intimated that you have processed the payment action. I can't understand that who has directed your airlines to cancel my ticket.

This may please be treated as last email from my side since i feel harassed and disturbed from your illogical and fabricated reply.
