Air Asia — Inability to cancel/reschedule ticket; neither able to contact customer care | |
Couldn't travel from Hyderabad, India to Chennai, India on 11 June 2020 due to sudden pregnancy complications and doctor's advise due to COVID19 prevalence in Chennai. I have been trying to contact through the Air Asia support via their customer care number and via twitter since morning of 10th June 2020 and later during the evening; but there is no response. Air Asia support directs me to their "digital assistant" AVA which provides next to no information and neither did it allow me to cancel the trip. The customer care number shows a backlog of 1.5-2 hours any time of the day. The trip was scheduled to occur at 7.25AM on 11th June 2020, but due to the nature of the medical emergency, travel was not done. The website doesn't work so as to facilitate rescheduling the ticket, or cancellation of the same. Was this information helpful? | |
