Air Asia — not refunding of flight cancelled amount which is cancelled by air asia

Had booked a ticket in air asia by a travel agent ease my trip.com of july they cancelled the flight when asked for refund amount they sd will pay to emt when asked emt they say air asia hasn't given them any refund. Now govt has to see into this matter wherein many passengers are logging consumer complaints
