Air Asia — Problem in boarding of flight due to air asia staff negligence | |||
Passanger name-rajesh kumar Pnr no.-f7l48h Date-27/06/2020 Flight time-12:50 from guwahati airport I reached airport at 11 am at gate no.-1. But could not enter without boarding pass. Then i reported on air asia counter at 11:05 am. Their staff member loni raba tried to open the link for boarding pass but due to bad weather that coulnot be opened. Then thier another staff member neezu dass was informed about above problem but she ignored the matter. They wasted my 1+1/2 hour & i missed the flight due to their negligence. Toll free no. Tried many times but of no use i want my refund back. As i have faced a lot of harassment. I am very disappointed with service of air asia. Please do needful otherwisw i have no other option to complaint in consumer court against ur company and staff members non cooperative behaviour with passangers. Hope to hear from u soon.
