Air Asia — regarding cancellation of your international flight tickets

For our family holidays we booked ten (10) returned flights by pt indonesia air asia qz511 between kolkata, india to denpasar, indonesia. The booking references for two tickets were ;
Jh5v5v for 4 tickets and rwd5gd for 6 tickets.

Due to acute family problem we now want to cancel all the 10 return flight tickets. Kindly help
