Air Asia — unauthorized extra charged

Website:[email protected]

Respected sir/madam, I have a query that, is it routine to take extra charge from customer who booked ticket earlier and reached in time because of limited seat available even though the ticket is booked earlier? I feel very disappointed by air Asia flight of 5th Jan 2019, 11:15am that I booked my ticket earlier and reached airport 60min earlier and reached check in counter by 10:30am exactly, but the women in the counter told me that I have to pay 600 rupees extra charge as limited seats are available because of heavy passengers. Is it possible that even though I booked my ticket earlier, I have to pay extra money again to get the limited seat? I feel very upset. Since I belong to lower class family, that rs 600 is too much. I was traveling not for fun, I went to appear exam. Please kindly consider my matter. I feel very helpless that I even don't know where to complain that day. 5th January 11:45am air Asia flight from Imphal to Guwahati, passengers Phurailatpam Rupabati Devi and Phurailatpam Priyobrata Sharma. My phone no. [protected], email [protected]@gmail.com
