This company is made up frauds.The flight was changed thrice before I cancelled it. The departure I had originally booked was 1435 hrs. It was changed to 0800 hrs (the final change) when I cancelled it. WHY I AM GETTING A CALL FROM YOUR CUSTOMER CARE THAT IF THE CHANGE IN DEPARTURE IS LESS THAN 55 MINUTES THEN THERE IS NO FULL REFUND.
Their argument is that they had called me to tell me that they are changing the flight plan so a penalty will be charged.
Is this less than 55 minutes?? This is a stupid airlines which I booked by mistake and they just keep changing their flight plan!!
I am eligible for a FULL REFUND and do let me know if you think otherwise so I can escalate if required. Was this information helpful? |
