Air Costa — no refund

Hi,

I have booked the airticket (Pnr : 02t4n7) for march 14 2017 from bengaluru to jaipur. Suddenly 3-4 days before the travel i get to know that the flight was cancelled. I have been chasing the shameless professional since then and i get is false promises something like this ("we would like to assure you that your refund is our top priority and it may take few more business days to process into your respective travel agency's account") everytime i write to them. It has been almost an year now but have not received anything from air costa except false promises.

Could you please help me out here to get my money back of inr 5079. I am just tired and not sure what to do.
