Air Costa — Refund against flight cancellation

Booked the flight for 23rd march 2017 from jaipur to bangalore through via.com, which was cancelled due to operational reasons. It has been almost 3 months and have not received refund yet. Every time i mail them, they reply saying that it will take 15-20 days. Please help me in getting my refund back. When i call to the customer care number it says that the number is not available or incorrect. Please help me to get my money back.
