I have booked flight tickets from visakhapatnam to hyderabad through flight number ai 951 vide booking reference hetsf which got debited twice. The failed transaction number is as given above. Pl resolve and credit my credit card account with rs. 17192

Updated by tutika venkata However the wrongly debited amount has not been credited still. The problem is not resolved yet.
