This is with reference to seat selection for multiple pnrs in air india. Despite selection and payment, the air india website failed to show the modified reservation. Also, my account had been debited with a total sum of inr1725. Live chat with an air india agent directed me to "[protected]@airindia.in" mail id. Also, she mentioned the error in transaction processing and asked me to do the selection again after 12 hrs. I tried booking seat under seat preference for 2 pnrs as follows

I could not get the aforementioned seats. However, the said amount of inr1725/- was debited from my account as highlighted in yellow in attached account statement from which the amount was debited.
I did get the preferred seats for pnr jg5ze (Seats - 3e, 3f) but i had to do another transaction lsbi[protected]igadihkwj8 as highlighted in red in the attached bank statement.
Kindly arrange for the refund and pfa all boarding passes, bank account statement and airindia receipts for the transactions.
