I have booked 3 Air India tickets during pandemic and the flights were cancelled. We waited for an year and then called Air India Customer care and cancelled those tickets in September 2021. But till now they have not send any email regarding the cancellation or refund.
Tried to call the Customer Care multiple times and when I talk about refund they will disconnect the call. The wait time are nearly 60 min.
Tried sending emails to [protected]@airindia.in and they replied and asked me to log a complain from AirIndia.in. Every email after that they ask me to wait for the website response.
As per request, I registered complaint in Air India Website 2 times with following reference numbers

Received confirmation about the complaint but no response for more than 2 months.
