Air India — Change & delay of flight 668/681 on 23.03.2017 | |||||
Because of AIR INDIA flight 668/681 on 23.04.2017 last minute change of itinerary & DELAY I missed my flight LX 155 with SWISS Bombey-Zurich on 24.03.2017, scheduled for 01h20. Next flight to Zurich was only possible in 48h, & cost me CHF 1000.- from my pocket (CHF=USD), as my 2 tickets were separate. Thus, I was left alone in Mumbai for 48h not knowing where to go. In spite of my request to provide accommodation, AIR INDIA DIDN'T PROVIDE ANY HELP. In spite of the fact, that I said that I had some health problems. So I had to take a taxi and go to a hotel on my account which cost me INR 29'793.90 + food INR 3'823.80 FROM MY POCKET. I am deeply shocked by AIR INDIA lack of assistance in extraordinary conditions caused by them. I claim accommodation & food cost back.
