Air India — complaint about sudden cancellation of ai 728 flight from gau to blr

We had booked flight from Gauhati to Bengaluru (GAU-BLR) on 14th JUNE 2019 AT 17.40. This being a return journey ticket after visiting North East Region. We were 4 passengers Myself, wife, son and daughter.
We were on tour we flown to Gauhati from Bangalore on 9th June 2019 in GoIndigo.
Due to sudden cancellation of AI 728 flight which was informed over SMS on 13.6.2019 at 3.00 p.m. and a message stating that you are eligible for refund but no mention about any alternative arrangement by Air India.
We were not provided any other alternative arrangement by Air -India and because of which we were virtually made to suffer in streets the whole day without any hope because all other flights from Gauhati and Bangalore were showing whopping Charges ranging from Rs.14858/- to Rs28, 000 per head and for four persons, minumum Rs.52000/- was required for online booking of alternative flight by ourselves. And we had no money at all. Without minding about our plight, difficulties, mental agony, anxiety, mental trauma we underwent the whole day without any sort of help from AI, leaving all o[censored]s in lurch in the unknown State of Assam, is a mentionable complaint against Air -India, in treating the air passengers, with full harassment, throwing us to winds, to do whatever we want, but AI did not feel any responsibility thereby AI, is personally and severally responsible, liable, answerable, accountable for all the traumas we underwent.
Alternatively, it is not AI, but a distant relative of ours came to our rescue by booking alternative flight with connecting flight at a cost of Rs.59429/- through Spicejet.
Therefore, it is requested to direct, order Air -India to give us credit of Rs.59429/- as against Rs.22, 032/- for 4 tickets which they claim to afford credit after a weeks' time.
This difference of Rs.37397/- Air -India is liable, bound to refund me. Also, for their deficiency of service, deriliction, negligent attitude, the heavy amount we had to spend for our food arrangement, no separate lounge is also provided for our resting by Air-India. And, therefore, Air-India has to compensate Rs.10, 000/- for their fault in not making any alternative arrangement, additionally for the mental trauma, tension, agony, anxiety.
