Air India — complaint regarding missing of bag in mumbai on[protected] in ai 144 travelling from newark to mumbai

My sister in law traveled with her twin grans children by ai 144 from newark to mumbai and from there to hyderabad in ai 619 on[protected].
She collected by mistake one bag of crew member in stead of her bag.
The bag of the crew was handed over to that person on[protected].
But the bag belonging to my sister in law was with mumbai air port.
The name of the passenger is mukkamala sudha. Her boarding number was 167 and her seat number was 17d.
We would like to collect the bag at hyderabad.
Pl help in the matter.
