Air India — denied ticket for me and issued ticket in the name of air staff after me

I booked air india ticket in ai 043 flight scheduled at 9.05 pm on 5.09.2019. I arrived check in 8.25 p. M and check in was opened. A lady in counter entered my name etc. And waited for ticket and suddenly told your ticket is jumped and asked me to go to counter no.51. There i waited and the person issued ticket to other person who were came behind me while asking he told they were air staff leaving the customer in trouble because of his unlawful activity i lost my flight and booked indigo flight on 6th 6.30 a. M for rs.11000. If it was closed means it can be digested. The person who is in the counter wantonly hold my ticket and issued tickets to others in the name of staff. Is there any rules in air india that for staff checking up to 15 minutes before flight departure overlooking the customer. I request clarification. Look in to the check in data base on 5th sep 19 flight 9.05 p. M ai 043 and give me justice and refund my money plus loss to me for booking another flight for rs11000.

I booked air India ticket in AI 043 flight scheduled at 9.05 PM on 5.09.2019. I arrived check in 8.25 P.M and check in was opened. A lady in counter entered my name etc.and waited for ticket and suddenly told your ticket is jumped and asked me to go to counter no.51.
