Air India — Did not receive your luggage

I have not recive my luggage and it is almost 18 hours my son is came for international karate championship which is on today we where travelling from bho ṭo ktm on 23. Flight no ai 215 as my son full karate kit is that bag 8:30 am is reporting time if he disqualified plz return my full expenses from bho ktm & ktm bho as now my visit is of no use and my one year of practice is of no use he is crying just coz of air india miss management i want my full expense right now. Or i have to log the complain in court
