Air India Express — Air fare not refunded after cancellation of flight

Booked ticket to Malaysia on 1 Nov 2021 from Kochi, but flight cancelled. I did not get refund from Air India Express till the date. When I contact customer care, they always says that refund is under process. Please help me to get refund.
