Air India Express — baby stroller front wheels broken | |||
Good day, I ravikumar khulbe had travelled with my wife and my baby from dubai to mumbai with air india express flight ix 438 on the 10th of march 2018. I checked in at the airport but was told that the stroller i can take inside the aircraft. When i reached the aircraft i had to hand it over to the ground staff as they told me they will be putting it together with the checked in luggage. Once i reached mumbai, firstly i wasn't aware where to collect it from as i was waiting for it on the conveyor belt. They last bag came on the belt but i didn't find the stroller, i went to the baggage claim counter where i found air india ground staff who advised me to collect it from the room behind the counter. When i collected my baby stroller i found out that the front wheels aren't working properly. While pushing the stroller the wheels are just jammed sometimes or its only in one direction which makes it impossible for my kid to sit in and ride it. I spoke immediately to the ground staff available there at that moment, mr sajid, who told me there is nothing that can be done. I asked him if he can send any ground staff who can assist me with the same but instead of helping me out he told me all the ground staff is busy with the departures so nobody will be there. He asked me to raise a complaint online and see if something can be done. I am just amazed with the customer service offered by this airlines staff. Is this what i should had expected from air india. Please kindly look into this matter at the earliest and compensate accordingly as the stroller which i purchased was just 4 days old. Thanks, Ravikumar khulbe. Was this information helpful? | |||
