[Resolved]  Air India Express — Booked ticket money is not yet returned even after 16 months

With ref to PNR ZFDXZT which I purchased airticket from Airindia express for my travel purpose in Feb 2020.
Due to outbreak of covid-19 Pendamic situation I cancelled my Ticket and requested for refund in this regard. But even after continuous reminder emails, Air India express sending false promiss and trying to cheat me from last 16th months.
All the private airlines are refunded promptly for their customers. But unfortunately Indian Branded Air India Express is still not refunding their customer money and cheating the public is not fair and not good for their company Indian Image.
