I have one air ticket issued for my friend paid from my bank account. The flight was cancelled by airline due to covid outbreak. Even though it was not passenger's mistake, we agreed to charge applicable penalty while processing refund through airline's web page. It has been more than 80 days since we processed since the refund initiated, but so far the amount did not credit to our account. I wrote many times to airline for this, all i get was a pre printed reply "applicable refund amount will be processed to the card holder’s account shortly."
I'm fed up with this
