Air India Express — I am Complaining about Refund not received

My money has been deducted from my account but ticket has not been booked, please refund my amount as soon as possible. INR 17204.22.
I am attaching the screen shot of the transaction.

From last 3days I calling customer care and drop a mail but I am getting any revert
Air India please improve your services and please refund my amount as soon as possible.
