[Resolved]  Air India Express — incomplete transaction - flight booking - request to refund air india charters ltd

On 1st july, i was booking a return flight for my family through air india express website online and paid the payment amount online using bank muscat card. Omr 232.800 debited from my bank account, but air india express website popped up with some error and i did not receive the air india express confirmation booking at that particular time.
Please can you check and advice as i haven't received any feedback from airlines. Next day i re-booked the return ticket again after paying another omr 232.800

Request to refund the amount debited initially from my account for incomplete transaction.

Online booking time (Oman time - 22:25 or india time 23:55) on 1st july

For the flight details of travel : 14th august 2019 kochi to muscat
