Air India Express — irresponsible finance and customer team | |||
I have book the ticket from doha to kochi on 31/08/2019 and the amount was debited from my card same time and due to air india website error ticket was auto cancelled. I tried the customer care minimum 20 times by email and phone and go the reply within a 2 days. Same time copied all the emails to finance which i have seen worst irresponsible finance department in india. Now 23 days completed still i am getting the same reply which was useless.
