Air India Express — no ticket issued after payment done

I tried on 31/10/19 to book ticket from dubai to amritsar and return for 3 passengers on dated 22/11/2019 & return on 24/11/2019 online.

After entering the credit card ending with 9810 details and otp for my card ticket has not been generated but instead an error window came mentioning "server error".

The amount of dhs. 2909.61 has already been debited from my credit card account.

I don't know what to do now.
