Air India Express — Not received amount for flight cancellation

My Air india express Flight was cancelled from Dammam to Kozhikode which was on sept 1st . I have requested for refund from the AIR INDIA Office in Khobar, Saudi Arabia on 25th August 2021. and they assured that money will be credited to my bank account after 20 days However, I have not received the refund amount yet in my account .
I have send numerous mail but there is no reply from customer care or finance department of Air India express.
