My name is Vaibhav Padia. I booked the flight of Air India Express for 9th May 2024 from Mumbai to Bengaluru. The PNR no is F2RR4Z.
In the flight all tje Four washrooms were in a pathetic condition, no flush was working, nor clean, even the flight attendants were not up to the mark for customer support.
Due to weather condition, the flight diverted to Chennai and there almost I spend 2 to 3 hrs inside the flight.
As flight landed to Chennai around 11.30pm. After long waiting inside the Airplane, NO AC was working, No ventilation where as a passenger can breathe properly, it was creating a VERY Much suffocation. Due to which I faced HEALTH ISSUE.
The caption announced in the flight that passengers will be given food & refreshments, water. However no one came to serve in the flight. The air hostess even not bothered about the passengers, no asking water also, just waiting/standing in pantry are of the flight. Even after telling multiple times hair hostess not even contacting the Captian.
Whole journey was so pathetic and awful which includes unprofessional service support too.
Because of pathetic service from flight attendants, I demand a compensation/refund. If no such initiative taken, will take legal action. Was this information helpful? |
